Cascade Brewery

After a slow morning of walking around Hobart and enjoying the sites - and coffee of course! - we made our way out to South Hobart to go to the Cascade Brewery
We had booked to go on the tour of the brewery, which started at the Cascade Brewhouse.
The tour was fantastic with so much information and history, would highly recommend it if you ever find yourself in Hobart. Also good if you love a high-vis and/or beer.
At the end of the tour you receive tokens that are redeemable for your choice of beer samplers.

On our way back to our apartment we detoured slightly so we could drive up Mt Wellington as the weather was really in our favour!
And this is where you end up, at 1271m and overlooking Hobart.
Absolutely stunning!
To end our day we dined at Hearth Pizza, where we enjoyed woodfire pizza and beer next to the fireplace... yes!!
